I have an iPhone 4. I want to get about 50 pictures to the computer. The whole email thing would take way to long...anyone know any good apps for iPhones?
I don't want to seem lazy, but I got a feeling I'm going to dump here pretty often so an app would be hugely helpful.

If you have a mac you can use iPhoto and pull them directly off.

Mac or PC? On the Mac, you can plug the phone in and download the pictures using the built-in Image Capture app. If you're using a PC, I have no idea.

I probably could plug it in, but I hate going through iTunes.

iCloud will sync with you iTunes account when you plug your phone into your computer. Do you not have a computer and cable to sync your phone?
Also dropbox is awesome. And free.

I just iMessage the pictures to myself and they go to the Messages app on my laptop, but that only works if you're running the iPhone/Mac combo.

You should be able to sync photos via iTunes.

I hate the format or iTunes, that's last resort right now, but we'll see.

Apparently, you can bypass iTunes using the Camera Wizard in Windoze.

Apple's website, Genius, but at the same time, why didn't I think of that?
Thanks for the help!

Glad I could help.
Google is your friend. I searched "Download photos to PC from iPhone". I've found that I can solve about 90 percent of my computer issues using Google, since there's a very good chance that lots of other people have had the same problems.

Weird thing is when I kept clicking things it would say "no pictures or videos found on this device". I think because I was using a computer without iTunes.

Dropbox.
It's free. Or there is SkyDrive from M$, also free. Any of the cloud-storage will allow you to upload photos to their servers. Then you can log-in on your computer to access them from the web and download them to you hard drive.

That's possible. I'm not a PC guy at all, but there's probably a driver that gets installed with iTunes that allows Camera Wizard to communicate with the phone. Interestingly, on the Mac, you can manage your phone using iTunes, but Image Capture is the underlying app that handles the photo transfer. I would guess it's a similar arrangement in Windows.

I thought Ghostride the Blip was just when you have no title or pictures, and just put words, you tag it Ghostride the Blip.

I thought it was when the author of the post wasn't shown, so you could ask a question in complete anonymity. Hmm... Can anybody out there resolve this?
